About Us

Starting Kylieanna General Contracting in 2020 was both an exciting and challenging venture, especially coming from a long lineage of construction professionals. Growing up surrounded by the sounds of hammers, saws, and heavy machinery, the construction industry wasn’t just a career choice—it was a family legacy. For generations, my family had built homes, businesses, and communities. As a child, I watched my father, and grandfather work tirelessly to create high-quality structures that stood the test of time. The idea of continuing that tradition was ingrained in me from a young age.

When I decided to start my own contracting company, I knew I had big shoes to fill. But I also understood that I had the advantage of years of wisdom, learned through the mistakes and successes of those who came before me. I could tap into their knowledge while bringing my own vision, skills, and modern innovations to the business.

2020, however, presented unique challenges. The world was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the construction industry, like so many others, had to adapt quickly. Supply chain disruptions, changes in safety protocols, and economic uncertainty made this a challenging time to launch any new business. But it also pushed me to think creatively, adopt new technologies, and adjust to new ways of operating.
